Refund Policy

At NKM Digital, we aim to provide high-quality services and a smooth project experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for all projects undertaken by our agency.

1. Advance Payment

  • All projects require a 50% advance payment to initiate work.

  • This advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances once the project has begun.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • If the client chooses to cancel the project at any stage:

    • The initial 50% advance remains non-refundable.

    • At the discretion of NKM Digital, the client may be provided with the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Agency-Initiated Cancellation

  • In rare or unavoidable situations where NKM Digital must cancel the project:

    • A refund may be processed for any unutilized amount, after deducting charges for work already completed.

    • The refund amount will be calculated based on the scope of work completed till the date of cancellation.

4. Delays from Client Side

  • Clients are required to provide necessary content, inputs, and approvals on time.

  • If there are significant delays in providing required materials, NKM Digital reserves the right to:

    • Reevaluate and revise the project timeline, and/or

    • Increase the project cost to compensate for the extended duration and additional efforts required.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

  • Refunds cannot be issued in cases where the client:

    • Changes their mind after project initiation,

    • Fails to provide required information on time,

    • Or is dissatisfied with the direction after approving earlier stages.

6. Delivery of Work

  • Completed work will be shared only after the final payment is made.

  • In case of cancellation (initiated by either party), only the approved or partially completed work (as decided) will be delivered.
